About ULOC Center

Located near one of Florida’s beautiful beaches, ULOC Center in Tampa is a nonprofit faith-based organization that has been assisting women since 2003. In addition to providing transitional housing for women in our community who are transitioning from prison, jail, drug treatment facilities, and homelessness, we also provide residential drug & alcohol addiction treatment referral services. We work with licensed and experienced professionals who have the ability to diagnose and treat addiction as well as mental health disorders.

OUR MISSION is to provide guidance, education, and opportunity to those suffering from addictions and help them to make positive life changes in order to become responsible and productive members of society.

ULOC CENTER was founded by our Executive Director, Samantha Brown. ULOC Center fulfills her life-long dream of providing a continuum of care under a clinical team’s direction that helps those suffering from substance abuse through their journey to find a healthier and new way of life.
